TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Jocelyn proposes to enact a by-law to stop-up, close and sell those portions of the original allowance for road set out and described as follows:

That part of the original shore road allowance in front of lot 3, Registered Plan M301 and further described as follows:

Part 1, Plan 1R-14275 -1436 Sterling Bay Road – Packalen/Falcioni

The proposed by-laws will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the Jocelyn Township Office, 3670 5^th Side Road, Jocelyn Township. At that time Council will hear in person or by solicitor or agent, any person who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected or who applied to be heard. Please note that the decision of Council is final.
